TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Dolberry Janitorial LLC website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States of America. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Dolberry Janitorial LLC and the client. The Client agrees that any use of The Company ’s services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email or website forms shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by The Client. No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a director of the Company.

ACCESS/ENTRY

You have multiple options for providing Dolberry Janitorial LLC access to your home or place of business. The most convenient method is to leave a key with Dolberry Janitorial LLC. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give access instructions to securely enter and exit residence.

For your personal safety, we do not return keys by mail. 

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. A credit card number must be kept on file. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Dolberry Janitorial accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check.

A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

SCHEDULING

SCHEDULING

Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. 

Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. 

We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home/office and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. 

Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee.

We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. 

Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Dolberry Janitorial LLC may occasionally provide a replacement professional cleaner.

If, due to the unique nature of your home or building, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. 

We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. 

We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. 

To be safe, always check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered otherwise a fee will be additionally charged.

ARRIVAL WINDOWS

To ensure quality service for all valued clients, Dolberry Janitorial LLC cannot specify exact arrival times. 

Arrival windows allow our professional house cleaners to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.

Service provider(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:

When we have key access, our arrival window is between 8am and 4pm.

When we are meeting someone at the home, we will set a two-hour arrival window between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

CANCELLATION

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Dolberry Janitorial LLC requires notice of two business days.

If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. 

Please contact us to make or request any schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your professional cleaner.

Keep in mind our recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

BREAKAGE/LOSS

Dolberry Janitorial LLC is bonded and insured. If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services.

PETS

Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. 

Dolberry Janitorial LLC will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape.

SUPPLIES

Dolberry Janitorial LLC uses safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your home. 

However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us to discuss your needs prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner.

FEEDBACK

After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better.

GRATUITY

Dolberry Janitorial never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. 

Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Dolberry Janitorials LLC will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.

We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension.

We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds.

We cannot touch or move firearms in order to clean an area. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not clean.

We do not clean animal/human feces, urine, vomit, blood or other similar bio-hazard materials.

We do not use bleach, except for at the client’s request. Please note, we will not be responsible for damage it may cause.

We clean “living space” only, which is the area in a home or facility that has air conditioning.

We do not remove or haul away trash, debris or furniture. This also applies to Post Construction Clean Up.

Before we report to a new construction job site, all equipment, tools and/or debris must be removed. 

It is highly recommended that all work orders for construction have been completed before final clean up services have been provided. 

The final clean we provide is a very thorough and detailed deep clean in preparation for the new homeowners to move in. 

We place no guarantee on this type of service for the simple fact that most construction companies completely fail to adhere to this policy and usually have contactors working inside of the home while cleaners are attempting to clean it, as they clean some areas contractors create additional messes within areas of the home that the cleaning crew has already cleaned. 

We take no responsibility for the outcome of cleanings which fall under “NEW CONSTRUCTION”.
